My brain has been barreling ahead this week. Full of "who do you think you are" and "come on woman, are you worthy of this?" As I meditated this morning I remembered this flower, blooming alone in the garden next to where I park my car. Aware and worthy of her space. She is not afraid. She knows who she is. She blooms without fear or unworthiness feelings clouding her thoughts. She is worthy. She is seen. She is heard. So am I. So are you. #chooseyou #nowisbeautiful #embracewhatyouaregiven
