I was wondering if you could help me out... how do you recolor things using a palette? I've recolored things before but have basically just made my own colors through color balance/hue/saturation, etc. but can't figure out how to work with palettes... any tips?? thanks in advance xx

Hey! Sure I can help! Or at least try, LOL. Some color palettes have photoshop actions, which make recoloring fairly easy, all you do is load the action and choose the colors you want to use. However, if their is no action supplied with the palette, then what I do is just try my best to recreate that color using the provided hex code via fill layers and overlays. 

The colors also appear more true to the palette if your original dds file is a light, neutral color like white or light grey.

@talesofascrewup My life will be complete when I see you post with them all letters! Ugh, I keep telling myself that my sims won’t have babies but then I give in & then get instantly bored. I really need those toddlers now, I’ve waited long enough!!
