Apart from smashing the new lights (the uni will not be happy) or using a mask (tried, I toss and turn and end up throttling myself with them so, um that a no.) Any suggestions on what to do about my new and improved safety lights?
I am in immense pain. My migraine was starting to fuck off but the changing weather has set that off again. I need a pitch black room. And I'm currently debating if the amount of pain I'd be in if I slept on the floor with my cover draped over my wheelchairs like a hastily constructed fort would be worth it.
There are two of these lights in my room. And one in my bathroom, so I can't even hide in there.
