Knotted Emerging Caddis - The Overhand or Knot Weave. Weaving has been overlooked in fly tying as a method to create bodies. There has not been a lot written about this technique, as it can be a hard technique to learn from a book, but video works very well as the teaching tool for weaving. It's a more common technique in Europe, particularly in Poland and the Czech Republic, and it should be more widely used, as it allows a fly tyer to create flies that are just not possible with any another technique.
