Here’s the thing; my primary experience of life is of the energy in my body. Or, I might say, of my ‘energy body’. “What does that meeeean?” you may ask. Yup, you may indeed. Well; walking down the street, I’m aware of what’s happening energetically inside of me. Sitting in cafes, ditto. When working; ditto... when eating, ditto... you get the picture. . And it didn’t used to be this way. So it’s been quite the adjustment. And I’m still adjusting to a life that feels like this and something (something!) guides me over and over to share about it. Which is scary. And awesome. So here goes. . Im going to do a ‘60 Days of Energetic Truth’ quest... sharing about things like how... . I wake up, I notice my energy (spinning behind my eyes or gathering at my feet) I eat, I notice my energy... I get angry (!!!!!!!) I notice my energy (!!!!!! bam!) I get scared, go into freeze (notice that my energy feels frozen). Every emotion, every thought, every sight I see has an energetic effect. And I’m scared to talk about it. Though this is my . Primary . Experience . Of . Being . Alive . I keep it locked away, for the most part. But connection is so important. Being seen, being heard and . SELF . EXPRESSION . Are paramount for me to be healthy, so . Pfuuuutzzzzzzzzzzzzzzt!!!!!! (That’s the noise of me letting it all out)... here goes. . After finding my ‘60 days of truth’ quest (last year) so nourishing... here I am doing it again. Only, this time, I’ll talk - each day - (when I come on here via Instagram Live Video) about what I’m experience energetically. .
