The past five years have seen me take a journey with the word ‘witch’ and caused me to discover that, in addition to the glow it brings to my heart; it also evokes disgust. Not because it truly means something dark or sinister but because, Right in the base of my boots, I’m suspicious. Suspicious of the power that emanates from a woman when she’s connected, unapologetically, to life force. Do you remember when we naturally met in covens? When we communicated, outwardly, with the elementals, connected with the land, sought solace in circle and honoured all voices? And do you remember what happened? For hundreds and thousands of years, those of us rooted in our natural power were called dangerous and we began to believe that our power was exactly that. But it wasn’t always this way. Our birthright is to dance, unbound with our soul’s truth and let it be heard as the sacred piece of Life it is. And we’re stepping back into that freedom again, now. En-masse, en-globe, en-species! How wonderful that we’re alive on Earth at this time, as humanity returns to love. How beautiful that we get to heal and remember, meet by the thousand, synergise ideas and hear our collective song. I took a walk in the woods today; with my joy and fear; my celebration and sadness. Feeling myself, amidst the fresh green beauty and, at once, enveloped by a world at odds with itself. Life is so beautiful, so magical and, sometimes, we can feel lost. And I’m so grateful that I had the courage to let go, trust, and learn to follow the guidance in my body ten years ago. Now, after two months of much business and creativity, it felt wonderful to put my hands on the earth and tune into the knowing in my gut; which is that it’s time to breathe. Time to look inward. Time to sync up again, Radically, with the rhythms on my inside. This is how I’ll navigate the next three months and I’m so happy that, simultaneously, I’ll be guiding a small group of women to do the same. My deep, visceral journey with my body’s loving voice has made me the guide I am today; one who’s here to support you to honour yourself; to trust the flow of your felt sense. Especially when it’s time for change, especially when you’re ready to spread your wings and be who you really are. Especially when you’re ready for a life that feels like nothing less than love. Your Body Knows

When I received the guidance to follow my body, back in my early 20s, I felt both enlivened and afraid.

Back then, though my external life looked ‘great on paper’, I was dealing with recurring exhaustion that was driving me to despair;  while my acting career flourished, my inner bloom felt to be dying and I knew I had to take a leap.

Can you relate to this? Are you ready to follow the call of your soul and step onto your Magical Path of Aliveness?

While it can feel risky to follow your body, doing so is the sanest, most stabilising option there is. With every breath, She guides you to what you truly want; with every heartbeat, you’re lead by the infinite intelligence of All That Is.

For me, this meant letting go of my acting career so I could create the life that felt the way I came here to feel. And, though my mind called it risky; I knew it was right; I was throwing off an old identity to spread breathtaking wings. And, gosh, how breathtaking they've been.

Are you OVER being ashamed of what you feel and need?  If you’re a sensitive being, gracing this planet with your potent intuition, it’s likely you’ve learned to hide your gifts. It’s even possible that you’ve lived your life being ashamed of them.  What a pile of shizz.  For millennia, as the patriarchal ways have risen with their ‘do do do’ nature and focus on the intellect; our soft, cyclical, wildly wise elements of the Divine Feminine have been shunned.  So we’ve ended up in an upside down ridiculous situation. In order to be happy and balanced; in order to manifest a world that feels like love, it’s necessary for ALL elements of us to have voice.  Yes to the mind, yes to the body; yes to though, feeling, the wild and the structured… But we’ve been walking around - individually and collectively - like a creature missing a leg.  We’ve lost touch with our hearts and wombs, haras and spines. We’ve detached from the voice of the earth and the knowings of our bones. We’ve confined powerful pieces of ourselves that we learned didn’t fit. And the external patriarchy doesn’t need to keep encouraging us to berate these pieces of our beings, because we’ve internalised its shaming script, ourselves.  Silencing our own emotions and impulses, layering on our make up, tightening our tops or smiling when we need to cry because we believe, in our own minds, that our native needs are wrong. I became part of the visionary women’s collective ~ @silverspoonscollective ~ because I realised there were deep, frozen parts of me that felt disconnected from other women. The love in my soul saw this rift, cocked its head and announced that it was time to END said disconnection and, so, I’ve been journeying with these 32 other women, for the past two years, to heal it. We, @silverspoonscollective, are a sisterhood who believe in a world where the wounds of ‘the burning times’ (the period of 300 years when thousands of people were persecuted for ‘being witches’) are healed; where we flow with connection to the Earth; where we trust in each other and dance with the knowing of our worthiness. This is what we’re working for. So it gives me great joy to say that, this week, our healing exhibition has opened for visitors, in Lancaster UK (ticket link in my insta bio or at www.silverspoonscollective.org ) . It’s spine tinglingly unique, powerful and beautiful and you are most welcome to come experience it. When I say it’s an ‘exhibition’, it’s more like a magical village of film, sculpture, pictures & song. A space of ceremony and change, a place where anything can happen.
