What are you afraid of? I'm afraid of not doing well in school and not being good enough and... well basically not being good enough for anyone or anything-- There's always this nagging "what if" that sometimes makes me question what I really mean to people, how important I am to them, and how easily replaced I am.
dshbfsd I can completely relate with you anon- its really hard to know your worth to other people without seeming clingy or paranoid, but i think it’s good to realize this because that means you care about these people and they’re existence (at least, that’s what i’d like to think)
There are times they wont constantly talk to you and go on with their lives, and to be forgotten is a depressing thought- but I think at the same time you gotta accept the fact just because you can’t talk to one another all the time, that doesn’t mean your worth less! I think the tricky thing about relationship is trust, and that can be hard even among friends- ‘do they find me annoying? am I being overbearing? do I still matter?’ And I think- as long as you trust your friends/ loved ones- these fears can be lessened, even if it’s just a little- ofc spending time with one another is also important tho! But if you feel as if you need to constantly please them or you don’t feel comfortable with them for whatever reason, I think it’s best to re-examine why. If you think you’ll be easily replaced, re-examine yourself (because truth be told if you trusted your friends, they deserve better than you assuming they’d replace you with a snap!) if they constantly make you question your worth and make your relationship seem like an obligation, then its best to let those people out of your life cause /you/ deserve better! Remember that talking to them about whatever makes you uncomfortable or doubtful is always the best step (esp if you didn’t do anything wrong/ there is no conflict) Assuming things can always lead to trouble!
God luck with school tho! Whatever course/ school work you’re going through, pls take care of your health first! No grade is worth you getting ill!
