Ah, ROME, how amazing! —and 100 Years is such a good song, but it does have that grounding effect when you listen to it nowadays.
Rome was amazing. I'd share pictures, but my phone was my only camera with me on the trip (argh). And 100 Years is amazing, but listening to it now makes me sad and uncomfortable... and I'm still at the young end of the age range the song covers...

3. When’s the last time you were aggravated and happy at the same time?
That's a good question. I'm going to go with last week when I lost my phone the second I got to my hotel in Rome. Because on the one hand, I lost my phone, and that's a huge, expensive hassle. But on the other hand... I was in Rome! I couldn't be unhappy about that.
6. Have you heard a song that reminds you of someone today?
Yes, actually. I was on a bus today and someone was blasting a song that Kiki always says she associates with TGW. So I heard a song that reminded me of Kiki, I guess.
I also heard someone singing 100 Years by Five for Fighting, which will forever remind me of my middle school friends. We were all obsessed. It's weird to think about that song now-- when it was first popular, I was 12 or 13, and the youngest age mentioned in the song, IIRC, is 15. And now I'm 21. And the song makes me acutely aware of how fast time is going.
