North was worried. It's been several days and still Solitude has not woken up. He paced about the room, messing with his hands, stopping every now and then to stare at the other, just hoping that he'd wake up. The thing he hated most was that he had no idea what to do, he told Ombric about this, and the wizard was in the library researching this, seeing if his books had an answer for him. North appreciated the help, but he just wished that the old wizard could be a bit faster with it. He didn't know how long Solitude would last. The Russian made sure to give him water every day, but he didn't know how long he could go without food.
Making his way towards the bed he looked down at the other, he placed his hand on the top of his head, giving him a sullen look. North felt horrible that he was useless to Solitude. He couldn't even find out a way to wake him up. "I'm sorry." He whispered. At that moment, he wasn't sure what compelled him to do what he did, but he was glad that he did. North leaned forward and lightly pressed a kiss to Solitude's lips. When he stood straight, he heard stirring. The man first thought that it was just him hearing things, but when he felt a hand tug at his coat, he knew that it wasn't his imagination. A wide smile grew on his face and he looked down at Solitude.
"You're awake!" He exclaimed happily before dropping to his knees and wrapping his arms around the other in a hug.
