3. rant. just do it
Okay, so, this falls with a very good subject which is the release of J’Accuse the French movie about the Dreyfus affair in Denmark and I’m SO angry that it’s getting a movie theater premiere because it was directed by a convicted pedophile and rapist and everyone is like “yes but he made good movies instead” and I’m so, so, so ready to burst out into a longer rant whenever I see something related to it and like... But thankfully, I have wonderful friends and colleagues who have written a great article about why the movie should be allowed to die and be forgotten because if the director of a movie is a CONVICTED FELON and is on the RUN FROM THE LAW, then he shouldn’t even have been able to get funding to make his movie. /rant over because this could turn into a long, long post I’ll spare everyone
10. name a dog
Like, name a dog I know or find a name for a potential dog??? I really like the name Hippocrates (there was a horse named Hippocrates in the horse riding center I went to for 9+ years), but I’m gonna have with Geri and Freki because those are Odin’s wolves, but it does mean you’d have to get two dogs!
35. what does home mean to you?
That’s a difficult question because I’m what they define as a “third culture kid” meaning that I’ve had a lot of homes, even though I lived most of my youth and teens in France. “Home” is mostly defined for me as Camargue and the South of France (Languedoc and Provence), because that’s where I have some of the fondest memories ever, and I’m still building on the notion of “home” in Denmark, even though I’ve lived here for more than five years now. I’m not entirely sure how other to define it.
