Background:

The two of them grew up knowing each other existed but never meeting as Diana’s mother married rich and cut herself off from her family’s more humble background. Your muse’s mother is Diana’s mother’s sister. How they grew up and their family life is completely UTP, as is whether of not they knew about even having an aunt and a cousin - although Diana was a pretty famous model for a while so perhaps that’s how they found out. Diana vaguely knew of her cousin but never had the opportunity to contact them and in truth, it didn’t really cross her mind when they were always more of distant figure. Recently however the two got to meet when Diana got a phonecall saying that her cousin needed her help (what kind of help I have left vague for plotting!) and she left Santa Monica for a few weeks to try to get them back on their feet. Since then she has asked them if they would like to move in with her to further help them and though I see things as a little tentative and awkward between them, I would like a good relationship between them!

Description: The bassist/lead singer & drummer of Lucid Dreams. Their backstories are totally UTP but one of them has to be a native of Roswell for plot purposes. The trio met while Taylor was jumping from one city to the other in order to find himself and work on his music. They created a very strong bond and their rock band was formed. They're all pretty much the best of friends and Taylor's found family. After touring around for a bit in local venues/bars, the band settled down in Roswell, the hometown of one of them, to finally work on their debut album.

the residents must be close knit which means they’d look out for one another and have each other’s backs but that might not always be a good thing. everyone is in your private business, rivalries are easily formed, secrets are hard to keep quiet, and drama spreads quickly. you never really know just how spiteful and petty a person can become. and it’s not just among the adults who call white lake home but the teenagers as well. although the high school is small, it’s busting at the seams with gossip, secrets, lies, and drama.
