Moroz stared at the seed in his hands. It hadn't been real until this moment, some nebulous concept of divine intervention incubated in the womb of an ageless god. Sure, he'd already held it many times before, with weathered palms caressing the downy fur of Rowan's belly. But then...
He didn't realize just how warm it would truly be.
"Wynona..." Came his hushed exaltation.
Never in his life, the decades spent being abused and humiliated under the heavy boot of the First City's oppressors, did Moroz ever think himself capable of giving it back. His flesh, his soul, owned now by the God of Green, but this? This was theirs, together, not some clumsy failed attempts made by a world-weary human.
He was a father now, and the horizon was a little brighter in his eyes.
2025 also has to be the year where we don't make OCs and then just abandon them immediately 😅 so more attention for Rowan and his dear Moroz who belongs to @therealvagabird
