Here at the National Shrine Grotto of Our Lady of Lourdes at Mount Saint Mary’s University on Emmitsburg, Maryland there were many monuments along the pathway back. About every 20-40 feet there was another nook where they had beautiful mosaics showing Stations of the Cross and other inspirational scenes. I grouped some together here for easier viewing.

After you tour around the National Shrine Grotto of Our Lady of Lourdes at Mount Saint Mary’s University in Emmitsburg, Maryland you can go to the far end of the pathways near the Grotto Cave. Here is the exceptionally petite chapel for worship services. It is stone and cute and has lush gardens all around. There are granite benches outside for worshippers to sit for occasions.
