Last year, I read Heather Fawcett's Emily Wilde series and thus gained another comfort read. I loved Emily and Wendell's dynamic, the delightfully cunning fair folk, the footnotes and the setting - especially in the first book, which had me craving smoked salmon and smorrebrod.
I also realised that I could easily throw together an outfit for Emily so that's what I did! It's not as plain as Emily probably would've liked, so let's imagine Wendell had his say in this.
