the most modern id play is like y2k/2010, i looove writing in y2k themes :3c also totally okay with: 50s-90s, 20s, victorian, picky on medieval plots (bored of prince/ess x knight i wont cap).

tropes/themes of interest:

alternative characters (goth, emo, punk, etc.), problematic relationships, enemies to lovers/lovers to enemies-to lovers again, agegap (legal!! 21 minimum age, preferably my character would be the youngest?), power imbalance, religious themes/trauma, omegaverse (alpha/alpha!! normal ok too), morally gray characters, and so much more. we can discuss more personally.
