Night Time Smoker 9/7/16

The street lamps dance and you’re cold. I said to bring a jacket. Our shadows are three times our size on the pavement. My smoke filters the air. The middle of the night is beautiful because there are no people. It’s only you and I. We’re the only visitors at this park. The scars on my arms aren’t visible at night. Let’s lay in the field. Walking around is fun when you can get caught for doing it. I hope no one’s breaking into cars tonight. A church illuminates the street we walk on. What a beautiful thing. I’m out of cigarettes and you’re exhausted. Call me when you get home so I know you’re safe.
