How can I turn my emotions off?
My heart feels literally broken It is in need of a crutch The way that it's been one for others Who didn't give much It feels quite slashed and splintered Compared to how it was before When there were simplicity and serendipity and things lovely as such to implore.... I've been left with everything else Grievances and little consolation That magnify my issues to numbers that rival the stars that form the constellations. I don't have it within my exhausted soul to just heave and haul and drag along These feelings and emotions that come across so rugged, raw, rough and strong. I'm leaving them at my doorstep, or maybe shoved away in an empty corridor, I'm not running, avoiding, or pushing it aside, but I'm not letting the demons ruin anyone anymore... I'll flip that switch as to never accept the accord that once befit me, I couldn't muster up the drive if I tried, and I just ugh, just feel so irrelevant and shitty... I'll just move on And transform into this new and improved vessel that doesn't care about anything grand or small, I just gave up on even the littlest things, I just don't give a shit at all.
