" It just makes no sense. ”  Alfred’s arms are crossed over his chest ,  a casual demeanor about him as he lifts his feet and places them on top of the table ,  left then right ,  and crosses them at the ankle.  His expression ,  however ,  is something completely different   --- scrunched up in confusion as it is. The question’s been on his mind all day ,  trying to find reason in whatever answer there could be.   “ It’s water. Just bring it out in the beginning without people having to ask for it. And why sparkling water? Is regular water not good enough or somethin’? ”   Alfred shakes his head ,  not able to wrap it around restaurant customs in Europe ,  even now.    “ You guys are so weird. Legit. So fuckin’ weird. ”
