Had my first in person lesson today for my helicopter license! Nothing crazy, just covering the basics. Didn't even let me touch any of the controls yet lololol. Still exciting tho

I DID IT!!!! I DID IT!!! I'M FINALLY EGGSECUTIVE VP!!!
First day of Big Run response. Only two dark waves (1 Glowfly, 1 Fog) out of all of my shifts which is honestly impressive. Not to mention I hit silver rank after only 2 shifts. Still had to work after that unfortunately ᔦ =_=ᔨ but yk at least GrizzCo is paying me well.
Last wave of the last shift of the night and I got assigned a splat roller. My fav. Maybe the world is kind sometimes
just got off what i can honestly say was the worst shift of my profreshional career.
Grillers came in the first wave, and that was all fine and good, some folks used their allotted specials to help us get through it. Fine! Yay! I hate grillers, the rattling noises freak me out, but it is what it is.
So I'm waiting for the sky to lighten up for the second wave, only it doesn't. We get swarmed by glowflies, and by we, I really just mean me. Cod has mercy on us though and it's bonerattle arena today, so I rotate inkrails and pray. Great! we make it through.
So then I think, well Anci, that was a rough start. At least now we can have a nice simple wave 3 and clock out! But geez, the sky really isn't getting any brighter and omc its grillers AGAIN. By this point everyone but me has used up their specials. Except I've been stuck with splashdown, so I try to use it on the grillers and it goes about as well as you think. Splatted almost immediately alongside the rest of my squadmates. I think I need a nap..
OK SO THIS RUN IS LIKE. A BIG, BIGGG RUN. im alive but im exhausted and jittery from managing to keep this stupid helicopter in the air. why the hell did i go back to grizzco again
