|| Empowered Balance || - Life has been crazy. That is, partly by choice and mostly by events out of my control, and I feel out of balance. I deeply believe time will show me how much I have learned from the past weeks, but at the moment I only feel out of balance. - I resonate with the old Zen saying "You should sit in meditation for 20 minutes a day, unless you're too busy; then you should sit for an hour". This is exactly what my body tells me to do when life gets crazy, and my mind takes me the opposite route. How funny it is to observe the debate between my rational mind and my intuitive body!? - Today, for my meditation, I choose to breathe deeply with awareness.
