-Get young girls excited about the STEM field. You can do more than you give yourself credit for. Showcase different majors (Mathematics, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biology, Environmental Science, etc.) and grad school opportnities (MBA, MS (+specializations) --> Especially how many options they have. The more they learn, the better equipped you are to make a solid choice Biology + Sociology, Economics + Engineering, PhD. + Anthropology.
-Importance of caring from a business standpoint. CSR= Corporate Social Responsibility.
