Nice of you to help those of us leaving Tumblr because of the new rules. Thank you!
I’m doing the best I can to use my privilege in a positive way that reaches and helps the most people possible. I don’t always succeed, but I’m doing the best I can.

While you're not wrong about child porn, what I take exception to is the fact that SFW posts and LGBTQ+ posts are also being flagged. Also, consensual fanfiction has been targeted. Are you really okay with such a broken blanket ban?
HH why r u addressing this to me like i had anything to do with it. obviously nOT lmao, i never asked 4 this stuff 2 happen. i’ve never petitioned for anything to change
the only reason tumblr’s doing this is bc apple blocked their app, it has nothing to do with “antis” on tumblr. they are removing porn so it makes their site look better, most social media do not allow gratuitous amounts of explicit porn like tumblr did. it was sorta a long-time coming, the place has been KNOWN as a porn site for years– that’s commercially very bad for business.
i don’t agree with it and it’s gonna suck, because we’re ALL going to get caught in the cross fire, but i can see why they’re doing it. there isn’t a good way to remove this kind of thing
Never trust a man who makes his partner sign a contract regarding bedroom acts.
huge red flag. This kind of situation is rife with mistreatment and abuse, and allows for the excusing of abuse and ignoring of boundaries just because the partner who signed the contract agreed to something in the past which they may not want to do now.
I can easily picture Will camping in the woods near the lake, surrounded by a flock of his favorite birds (pigeons of course), to get away from the stresses of the job.
It’s quite funny that you mention this now. A few pigeons and I recently came back from a camping trip with William. We had so much fun! Some pigeons from the forest even came out and became members of The Pigeon Army. It was really quite relaxing. William read to us by the light of the campfire every night, and let us sleep in his tent with him when some larger birds flew overhead. He’s always looking out for his pigeon family.
empressreborn replied to your post: Persona 5, where even your guardian doesn’t like...
I play it as well. It’s a unique take for sure…a high schooler with a criminal record due to trumped up charges.
The whole school thinks I’m going to murder them if they so much as breathe in my direction. It’s awful. But also blackly amusing.
Coffee Dude, though. How dare he grump at me and then complain five seconds later that I didn’t let him name my cat? X’‘‘D
@empressreborn William's nickname on that page is "Takaeda", both a Japanese surname and part of the word for his scythe - "takaedagiri", it means "high branch". According to what Yana wrote here, it's where his middle initial T comes from.
Are you the actual Wil Wheaton, from Star Trek TNG fame? Also, would you mind if I send you articles from time to time that you may find of interest?
No, it’s Becky.
I read your article regarding Sanders' plan to guarantee jobs for everyone who needs or wants one. Forgive my skepticism, but does this "everyone" include people with disabilities (especially Autism)?
We’ll have to wait and see for him to release the full plan details as they have said the plan is still in the initial stages at this point. If people want to call into his office to ensure disability access is included in the program, the number is (202)-224-5141
What we know so far is that Bernie’s intention is to treat those enrolled in the plan as federal workers and thus would get the same benefits and rights as other federal workers in regards to wages, benefits, unionization, and anti-discrimination practices.
