Shout out to my emt instructor today for showing me what I don’t want to become
So one of my students nominated me to be honored at a faculty appreciation dinner tonight.....
They're reading her thing that says "Thank you, Liz, for never going easy on me, but always pushing me to my limits. Because of you I now feel more confident and have the strength to be a powerful, successful woman" and she leans over and says to me, "I was just going to write 'Liz is a total badass,' but I don't think they would've said that..."
I love my job(s).
