❛❛ It’s snowing! ❜❜
“So?” Bailey shouted back, assuming it was just one of his annoying roommates who was trying to tell him that, as if snow was going to stop him from just hanging out inside all day and playing videogames. If anything, it would just keep him more glued to the TV, and he was glad when the voice -- muffled by the sounds coming through his headphones from all around the world -- disappeared, not trying to follow up and drag him out into the cold. He was new to this actually feeling the weather thing still, compared to kids who hadn’t grown up inside of the coding of a videogame, and he could practically imagine the hair standing up on end all over his body as coldness crept into his neck and every other uncovered place of his body the second he stepped outdoors.
Or was that real coldness? Bailey shrieked in surprise, dropping his headset and his controller as he realized that someone had actually snuck a snowball down the back of his shirt, and he whirled around to face not his roommates, but Bowie instead. His annoyance instantly went away at the sight of one of the hottest, coolest girls in all of Walt High, and he stood up off the couch, letting the snowball fall through his clothes and down to the floor for his roommates to mop up instead.
“You’re the one trying to drag me out into the snow? You could have just said so, I would have actually moved for you!” he laughed, already headed towards the coat rack to grab his hat and gloves and thick jacket. He guessed he didn’t mind going out and playing in the cold if Bowie was the one knocking on his door and trying to drag him out to have fun instead, and he jokingly threatened as he followed her outdoors, “I’m definitely getting you back for that, though! I’m way better with snowballs than I am with actually like building snow things, and you just started a war!”
