"I never knew you could do that."
“Believe me, it took me some practice before I was able to send mails. But… now I can.” he said while he gave his daughter a proud look.
Regina had noticed the blonde girl, the moment she entered the store. She wasn't sure why, but something about her made Regina stare. Maybe if was her hair...it was kind of pretty. Or maybe the nerves and the look in her eyes. Whatever it was, soon enough, she was rushing to save the girl from being discovered and possibly arrested. It had almost happened to her a couple of times during her first year in this world. She knew what hunger could be stronger than morals, especially if you were alone and had only yourself to survive.
"There you are, I've been looking all over for you." She then whispered to Emma. "Just go with it." Somehow she convinced the older woman Regina's parents were waiting outside. Ha! She almost laughed at the image of her mother waiting in a car for her.
