I wanna know about Kimando and Vettonso 🥰

1) Kimando
They're one of my OTPs! I ship it!
Q: What made you ship it?
A: Definitely the dynamic of these two. Really subtle duo, but when you lean into this ship (or become insane enough to connect dots hehe) you can definitely see there was *something*.
Like c'mon, look at these nonchalant (very chalant) lovebirds. We know what you are, you two. Truly serving cunt though, with those sunglasses on 😎
Q: What are your favorite things about the ship?
A: Well, the fact that their friendship never wavered. And that they have pretty similar mindsets, aka the "I'll race for as long as I want because I love the sport" mindset, and their discipline to the sport.
Out of all of their years, one of my most favourite ones were 2005/2006 Mclaren Kimi x Renault Nando, or 2012/2013 Lotus Kimi x Ferrari Nando, especially the former.

Q: Is there an unpopular opinion you have on your ship?
A: Nando definitely had a crush on Kimi first and kept it in for a long long time, you can practically see the longing in his eyes.

Sure, they were tight-knit friends since rookie season (ahem heated rivalry, anyone?), but Kimi seemed to acknowledge and lean into whatever bromance this was, circa 2014. Kimi never said much about Fernando, but in clips and interviews, you can see there's still a mutual respect between those two. But Fernando admired Kimi enough to talk about him fondly in interviews.
And, from this article, we can quote Fernando on this:
"I think I will miss him because we could trust him when we were side by side."
