Blue eyes warily scanned the environment as their owner picked himself up from the ground, bits of light armor clinking gently as he struggled to stand. This place was largely unfamiliar, a rare thing for this man, who had travelled long and far throughout his lifetime. How had this happened? Had he been ambushed and dropped here, or had something unexplainable occurred?

Kaim quickly searched around for his companions, his concern growing when not a single one of them were anywhere to be found. A sigh left his lips as he resigned himself to solitary travel once more, hoping that it would be brief.

That's when he spotted something-- Or, rather, someone.

The man made a cautious approach, his guard raised as he spoke up and addressed them.

"Hello? Is someone there?"
