During our last trip back from the Frio River, my 4 year old hollered from the backseat “you shouldn’t be on your phone.” She was totally right. . Your actions affect far more than just yourself. Make that decision to be better for them and in turn you too shall benefit. It can wait so those times at the river or wherever you go are still there for everyone. #HeadsUpTexas #EndTheStreakTX #paidpartnership (at Leakey- Frio River) https://www.instagram.com/p/CECD7p4n56v/?igshid=13dxy4ccw0xqs
Heads up, Texas! I've partnered with @txdot to promote safe driving habits. Distracted driving of any kind is dangerous; and in Texas, 1 in 5 car crashes are caused by distractions behind the wheel. While it’s important to stay connected to family, work, and everything going on in the world right now, always give driving your full attention. And if you must text or talk, please pull over to a safe location and come to a complete stop! Post your own picture (not while driving) interpreting “Heads up, Texas” and help combat distracted driving! #HeadsUpTexas #EndTheStreakTX #sponsored (at Brenham, Texas) https://www.instagram.com/p/CDt1eH3Ayxu/?igshid=1mifys6pppewm
Life has slowed down, yet we’re just now realizing how much was passing us by. Keep your eyes up to see the world going by or it’ll slip right by. I need to improve myself while on the road, and I’ve partnered with @TxDOT in their Distracted Driving campaign to bring awareness to 1 in 5 Texas crashes being the fault of this issue. If we can mask up for each other, we can surely put our phones down. #HeadsUpTexas #EndTheStreakTX #paidpartnership (at Seabrook, Texas) https://www.instagram.com/p/CDmWE8zHJKP/?igshid=7izzw33dw7zo
