My Panasonic Eneloop AA Ni-MH Batteries (and my AA battery cases w/ my unbranded AA Ni-CD Batteries) review (w/ my Paper Dolls) - Part 1 [Oct 5, 2021]
Hello! It’s another item for another month! And hopefully, it’ll be ended as I can within a few weeks.
Nonetheless, here’s my Part 1 of the Panasonic Eneloop AA Ni-MH Batteries (and my AA battery cases w/ my unbranded AA Ni-CD Batteries) (with my paper dolls). 🔋⚡️
And in this 1st part, not only that I’m reviewing my Eneloop AA (Ni-MH) batteries but I’m also adding my battery case and a comparison with my non-brand generic (Ni-CD) batteries to the mix in one single post.😁
NOTE: Some of my snapshot photos are now combined into one image using my GIMP (ver. 2.10.28) art software. Despite Tumblr’s upload image limit to 10 photos per post.
So without further ado, let’s get started:
1st & 2nd Image(s):
• Here’s what Panasonic Eneloop AA batteries look like, both front and back. Usually, their Eneloop batteries sell in a hanging package (like this one → [CLICK ME! #1]), some have they included in a universal cell battery charge for an expensive price [CLICK ME! #2]. But now the company offers a shrink package as I have right here, for less waste and more environmentally friendly.🌿🌳 And you know what, I think this is my refer over normal packaging. I wish other companies will take note of this.😊
3rd & 4th Image(s):
• With my Eneloop AA batteries unopened, here are my two battery cases. I picked the blue color because it’s my favorite color.💙😊 One of which by the way is my unbranded AA Ni-CD batteries 🔋🔋 inside (on the right side), which I’m still using for my wireless mouse 🖱 (from this brand [CLICK ME! #3]). • My paper dolls saying “where’s the actual package? Did you already ripped?” Umm... No, I didn’t, this is what it advertise. My paper dolls were confused.
BTW: #1 - Usually, I have 4 unbranded AA Ni-CD batteries I used, but now I only have 2 batteries remaining because I've accidentally thrown them away. I thought my two batteries are dead but when my mom clean the metal conductor on the cell battery charger using sandpaper I didn’t know they charged well on her batteries (which is the same unbranded as mine). 😧 Damn, if only I undo my mishap.😟
(and) #2 - The “Ni-CD” I mentioned is short for “Nickel-cadmium“, while “Ni-MH” is short for “Nickel-Metal Hydride”. They’re some differences between Ni-CD and NiMH batteries, so I’ll explain these later. (I’ll see you at 8th & 9th Images)
5th to 7th Image(s):
• Okay, moving on to our next images. Here I finally unwrap my Eneloop AA batteries (after a long waiting) and a close-up of what it looks like. When I hold a single Eneloop AA battery it has a little hefty on it, despite it has 1900 mAh per AA battery. And this ain’t fake it’s a super legit Eneloop brand. Why? Because they’re numerous Eneloop batteries that are fake from unauthorized physical stores and online shopping stores. So much so, you need to do some research on how to spot the difference between fake and genuine, and I just found the website about that → [CLICK ME! #4]. Also according to their batteries, the standard charge is 16 Hours at 190 mAh.
8th & 9th Image(s):
• Here’s a comparison with my unbranded AA Ni-CD battery cell. I scale these two AA batteries; my genuine Eneloop has 27 grams (which is a legit weight), while my unbranded one has 19 grams. That explains the unbranded one written 700 mAh built-in, which is lighter than my genuine Eneloop. But don’t get wrong, a 700 mAh wasn’t so bad though through my experience. So hoping that my genuine Eneloop will be much longer used than my unbranded AA battery.🙂
• Uh yeah, about what I said before; according to the Battery Depot website, NiMH batteries have a higher capacity and are environmentally friendly than Ni-CD batteries, meaning NiMH can generate any devices that involve cell batteries for a longer period. Plus some NiMH batteries (like my genuine Eneloop) had a good low self-discharge compare to other batteries, meaning their batteries will retain almost 85% of starting charge after one year. If you want more about the NiMH vs Ni-CD batteries comparison, then please [CLICK ME! #5].🔋⚡️🔋
• My paper dolls saying that my genuine Eneloop is overall better than my unbranded one, and they’re also very hungry. Ah don’t worry, I’ll get you something to eat.😅
10th to 12th Image(s) [combined]:
• Finally, here are my three images, where you can see that my 4 genuine Eneloop AA batteries are now transferred to my 2nd blue battery case. Not only that but also the sticker too, which I place at the back (of sorts). In case that my Eneloop AA batteries are “100% genuine” of course.😉 And don’t worry, I’ll buy two more unbranded batteries (someday) to make a complete slot; hoping that I won’t do that again by throw out at the trash can.😅
BTW #3: I have my nickname already written on my two unbranded AA batteries. Just for personal sake.✍️🔋
• My paper dolls saying that they love the way I put my genuine Eneloop AA batteries to their new home, they give a big thumbs up.😁👍 Awww thanks!😊
Overall:
• I love owning genuine Eneloop batteries from Panasonic, and thus I decided to purchase a AA variant because I want my wireless mouse will be much longer use than my unbranded AA one; I can’t wait to test it out, as well as other devices that require AA batteries in my next part.😁
• Speaking of purchase, I bought these genuine Panasonic Eneloop AA batteries 4 pieces variant from Dec 12, 2020, for ₱466 (with free shipping and discount vouchers used); the original price is ₱575 (at the time of this post) [CLICK ME! #6].
• As for my two blue battery cases, is ₱12 per item; I bought two pieces for ₱28.41 (with free shipping and discount vouchers used) from Dec 14, 2020. It is also available in plain white [CLICK ME! #7], yellow, green, and of course blue; the latter of which is out-of-stock.
• And finally the unbranded AA Ni-CD batteries; ₱35 per each and originally I bought 4 pieces from Jan 14, 2021 (total of ₱185 with shipping fee included) before I accidentally thrown 2 batteries through the trash can (which is a bad decision). And unfortunately, it is no longer available on Lazada 🇵🇭 site.🛒🌐❌ *Sigh* Ah great! Well, time to find another Ni-CD AA battery (or any better AA battery than the Ni-CD). Maybe Shopee 🇵🇭 has one... Ah, I think found one, but I won’t show ya.😉
Anyways, that’s all for now. I’ll see you at Part 2 (soon)!😉

My Panasonic Eneloop AA Ni-MH Batteries (and my AA battery case w/ my unbranded AA Ni-CD Battery) review (w/ my Paper Dolls) (Recorded Video and Photos) - Part 2 (Final) [Oct 5, 2021]
Hello! Here’s my Part 2 (Final) of the Panasonic Eneloop AA Ni-MH Batteries (and my AA battery case w/ my unbranded AA Ni-CD Battery) (with my paper dolls). 🔋⚡️
And today, I'm going to test out my legit Eneloop AA batteries with my two functional devices, via recorded video.🔋⚡️🎦📲
If you haven't seen my previous part, then please [CLICK ME!].
*But before that, I want YOU… Yes, you, which you’re reading my description. I want you to watch my recorded video first 📹📲 (as an observation) before you read the rest of my reaction experience. Hope you’re watching…
So without further ado, let’s get started:
My experience:
• Okay so, before I put some thoughts about my test, you questioned me "why you didn't include the TV remote?". And "Do you have any more devices that you could test than just two?"🤔
My Answers:
#1 - We all know that TV remotes are work on Eneloop AA or AAA batteries. Plus our TV remotes are sealed and protected, and uh they're completely occupied by other batteries so I won't be included on my test.
(and) #2 - Unfortunately, these are all I've got. Other devices that require AA or AAA battery are already damaged, corroded with toxic chemicals, and outdated. (So we already toss these useless devices through the trash can.) There is one however but I'll keep it as a secret of sorts.
• Anyways, as you can see from my recording video I tested two functional devices that require AA cell batteries; My Silvertec wireless mouse 🖱 (from my keyboard & mouse combo [CLICK ME!]), and my Blueidea gold trimmer 💇♂️. Bling! Bling! I decided to test my wireless mouse first before my trimmer. When I swap my NI-CD AA battery to my legit Eneloop battery it works well, although I notice something a bit different. There's a bit hefty to it 🪨 compared to my unbranded NI-CD battery which is lighter 🪶; I've got no problems between two branded AA batteries, the only plus side for Eneloop AA batteries are much longer use than my unbranded ones.🙂👍 And speaking of longer use my Blueidea gold trimmer supports my legit Eneloop AA battery! That means I don't need to swap another battery quickly just to trim my hair. And the sound from equipping my Eneloop AA battery is loud and more powerful than my unbranded AA battery!🔊 Nice! Looks like I'm ready to shave my hair into a dome once again without a hassle!😁
• I mean for real; back then I have two NI-CD batteries for my gold trimmer and they're quick to drain out, which is so annoying. I switched batteries back and forth until I'm forcefully to plug via an electrical socket while charging and trimming my hair to bold. And that right there is a bad habit for my AA batteries, you know.😣
1st & 2nd Image(s):↓
• Here's a closer look at my two devices equipped with my legit Eneloop AA batteries.🔋🔋 I only have two Eneloop batteries so I'll save these when they rang out of juice and recharge.😉
• But my paper dolls said they want to eat my remaining Eneloop AA batteries! Umm... No! I told ya before, these batteries are not advertised for eating! Plus it'll kill ya due to chemicals! lol.😅
Overall:
• My testing for my Eneloop AA batteries to my functional devices was a success and maybe I could buy another AA and eight AAA batteries when the discount sale is happening.😁 And even though the Eneloop batteries are expensive (depending on what variant) at least it's perfectly advertised. So yeah, I'll try to grind some dough as I can someday. But for now, four Eneloop AA batteries are good enough for my important devices.😊
Well, that is the end of my topic.
And if you haven’t seen my previous part as well as my other topics, then I’ll provide a link down below.↓😉
