a concept: energy beads

i just imagine a string of clear beads or a bundle of grapes and i siphon off energy into them for storage and then a bead will fill with an appropriate color. the beads/grapes can then be used later for other things like spell work.

ive only tried this with anger and these can get pretty concentrated. yesterday i tried sending out energy waves to give someone the sense they should get away from me and when i absorbed the bead's energy for boost it was too much and my chest started aching

Good ways to help visualize energy

This is for those of us who have a hard time with visualization or are more tactile communicators/learners. I've personally used all these methods and found them quite useful -place your hand above some burning incense (not directly on it!) and imagine the smoke is like energy curling from your fingertips -place your hand palm down over steaming water ( also be mindful of how close you are to it, please don't burn yourself) and imagine the steam curling in and around your hand as warm energy - doodle all over your palms with non-toxic washable markers (you can use whatever color you're drawn to or choose one based on intent), sit in a nice warm bath/fill a sink with warm water and slowly rub your hands together and imagine the color bleeding out to be energy Please feel free to add to the list!
