Background:
Victoria Parker has always idolized her dad ever since she was a young girl. Her dad had adopted her. What Victoria didn’t know was that he had adopted her from an agency that was performing human testings and had given her an ability. What they didn’t know, however, was that Victoria had already been born with an ability and was simply to young to start understanding it since they had been testing on her when she was a baby. Victoria had been born with the ability of enhanced self-preservation, which basically allowed her a ‘spider-sense’ of sorts. She could sense when something was about to go wrong, and her body would move on auto-pilot to save her unless she took direct control. The power she was given by the scientists when she was a baby was weapon proficiency. Victoria can pick up a weapon that she’s never used before, and wield it as well as if she’s been using it all her life.
Victoria’s adoptive mother was a war veteran, while her adoptive father was police officer. So it was pretty obvious that Victoria was going to go into one of those two fields, and she had chosen to be a police women. The moment she hit the field in New York, people were impressed by her skill. Victoria was an amazing hand-to-hand combatant and (because of her power) use every weapon that the NYC PD gave her. The only thing holding her back was her lack of ability to fit in on a personal level with her co-workers. Victoria’s life motto was ‘get in and get the job done’. Even in school she followed that motto. Victoria didn’t bother herself with making friends.
All in all, Victoria is a survivalist at heart. She’ll do anything and everything to keep herself safe, and try her best to keep those around her safe. The politics have been causing a concern for her though. She’s found herself struggling between doing what she feels is right, which is continuing to work for the FBI, and what she feels is what will keep her safe which is tracking those that gave her the ability and kill them so no one else will know.
