yes its from a manga called blue flag!!! it's a really lovely heartwarming and emotional story, i highly highly recommend it!! you can read it on shonen jump, or im sure on a scanlations site too :) the art is gorgeous and the mangaka is amazing at storytelling, i hope you enjoy it if you try it out!!!
