@enloo liked this for a starter!
Despite the time that had passed cities were never a thing of any particular sort of comfort to the young redhead. There were too many people here, too many people who made this place home, and perhaps it was a bit... stifling. Too enclosed in.
Ritz had needed to drop something off and buy a few things and they hadn’t been able to find a merchant. When they finally swung by Diamond City the former Legionary had found himself practically hauled into the unfamiliar, and mostly unwanted, area... left to his lonesome while his companion headed off to do what he needed to do.
At first he explored the market area just a little bit, mostly ignoring people as he noted the layout as best he was able to as well as what vendors had for sale. The noodle stand in and of itself was some interest because what in the blazes was noodles? but otherwise there was little of actual interest.
Finally he settled back on his heels, standing as tall as he was able to in order to try to scan the crowd of unfamiliar faces for the only one within the Commonwealth that was familiar. Where had he gotten to?
