yall im kinda obsessed with the costume designers and whoever decided pony’s costuming
like his rogers track team shirt is dingy dull and faded. but he’s only 14 so this is his first yr of hs, ergo, his first year on the track team. so why’s his shirt so dingy? like do we think he got it from the lost and found ? do we think soda or darry did track for a while and eventually gave it to pony? or anyone else from the gang for that matter, did they do track? maybe dally or two-bit? cause during his monologue (? that’s not the right word but wtv) during little brother he says “dally ran so fast not even two-bit or soda could catch up to him” idk im just thinking there’s no way pony got that shirt that school years it has to be a hand-me-down ykwim
ntm his jeans they’ve been cuffed at least three times which suggests everyone already had they’re growth spurts and outgrew the jeans so only pony could wear them but they’re still entirely too long for him
