Hey, I have celiac too! There are tons of gluten-free "replacement" options in stores now, you shouldn't have too difficult a time adjusting your diet! You can also substitute rice or potato flour into some recipes in place of wheat flour if you like to make your own baked goods. :) If you google "Schar gluten-free living," their website has a lot of good tips.

Well luckily if my celiac is confirmed by the tests at the hospital, they'll refer me to a dietitian who will basically plan my diet all for me which is pretty neat. So I'm sure I'll get as much help as possible in terms of buying alternatives to ordinary stuff like flour. Can't be living without cookies!
