Tips & Tricks: Add New User Permissions

Do you want to allow additional team members or volunteers to have access to your Webconnex account, but don't want to grant access to the whole shebang?  No problem.  With any of our Enterprise packages, you have the ability to set permissions for each user account.  Control what the can view, edit, export, etc.

Follow these steps to learn how:

Step 1:  Click on Accounts (top of screen)

Step 2:  Click Add Account

Step 3:  Fill in User information and Set the Permissions below

Check boxes for areas in which you'd like to grant access and uncheck those you don't.
