How to Fabric and muscle : Sleeper build or it's just they're wearing normal size clothes
In case you missed it, here's a #TutorialTuesday someone requested on Twitter to go with last week's process video on how to create a perspective grid from a photo (from Tomomi Sato) which you can use for studies, drawings, paintings, etc. Hope this helps with drawing/painting in perspective!!
your dividers are super cool! i’m not sure if you do this, but may you give me some advice on how to make dividers? i’m attempting to make dividers myself but am not sure how
— ᓚᘏᗢ (🐈)
thank you !!
i actually really struggle to describe how i do anything remotely creative in a coherent way but i will do my best (˶•̀ᴗ-)
additionally i have attached a clip of my method. (both making a divider from scratch & making a divider with others)
1. references !
i find references very helpful, my previous dividers, images of lace / frills and other web deco. i often trace real lace doilys, edges, frills and the like as a base !
2. ideas
find a bunch of f2u dividers, compile them and then just start layering them. i personally find it most helpful to make the dividers grayscale and add colour later. (this also makes it easier to remove sections with the "clear white" action)
3. filters
i use stroke (outer, both and inner), glow, moving blur, gaussian blur, and contrast/brightness all the time.
gradient map is also SUPER helpful but not necessary.
Some Tumblr Tricks
1. Get a random blogpost from a blog
You like the content of a blog but theres just so much content and you want to see some older stuff? Great, just append /random to the URL and a random blogpost from that blog will be shown:
BLOGNAME.tumblr.com/random
2. Use Keyboard Shortcuts
When you are on your dashboard you can use the following keybinds:
J -> Scroll forward K -> Scroll backward L -> Like the current post N -> See the number of notes Shift + E -> Add post to your queue Shift + R -> Fast reblog Z + Tab -> Quickly switch between dashboard and blog Z + C -> Quickly compose a post Space -> View photoset in a lightbox or start playing a video post
3. More URL tricks
Show all posts with a specific tag:
BLOGNAME.tumblr.com/tagged/<tag>
Sort entries with a specific tag in chronological order
BLOGNAME.tumblr.com/tagged/<tag>/chrono
Get all Posts from a date
BLOGNAME.tumblr.com/day/JJJ/MM/TT
PS: Do not forget you can go totally crazy with the custom theme editor by for example adding a music player https://www.scmplayer.net/ or whatever. Make personal websites cringe again!

Being hydrated is a good thing, especially when you play a sport or are active daily. For this post, we are going to focus on water rather than any other beverage, due to its natural origin, and its lack of acids or sugars. Drinking water can help lubricate the joints, deliver oxygen to the rest of your body, prevent kidney damage, form saliva and mucus, which is essential in preventing foreign object from entering the body, boosts skin health, cushions sensitive tissues (like your brain), regulates body temperature, flushes body waste, helps maintain blood pressure, makes minerals and nutrients accessible, and it can encourage weight loss. Dehydration is horrible, as it can cause many problems. Problems include extreme thirst, fatigue, confusion, dizziness, less frequent urination, dark-colored urine and much more. It is extremely important that you avoid dehydration. If dehydration continues, it can lead to urinary tract infections, kidney stones, seizures, heat injury, and a high amount of oxygen in your blood.

But Aoba, how do I remember to drink water?
It's easy! just have a full water bottle with you at all times. Do not use a plastic bottle, reusable ones are preferable. I recommend using an Owala, I love fidgeting with the cap, and then taking a sip, which is why it works great for me.
What if I get bored of drinking water?
This happens to me too. I own a sparkling water maker, which adds some variety into the water I drink. I like adding lemon or a splash or orange juice to my sparkling water to make it taste better. However, I'm aware some people do not have access to machines like this, so having a juice or soda every once in a while is totally okay! Just remember to balance it out with water ;)
I'm still having trouble with finishing my bottle, what do I do?
I recommend setting a goal for yourself or having a drink of water every time you do something. For example, you could set a goal of drinking one whole bottle of water for your day, or take a long chug of water every time you finish a snack or meal! This is also a strategy I use often!
