We would be very grateful if the owners of the red car parked to the passenger side of our Enterprise van at Yarndale would please come forward and pay for the damage they caused to our van. The door was slammed into us so hard that it not only scraped the paint but also dented the bodywork. Enterprise have debited my husband's account with the full excess of £1000, with only their word that any will be returned if it costs less! Shocking, as when I booked online it implied the excess was only £500 - and since the excess waiver was a whopping £250 it didn't seem logical to take it.
