Felt up to doing yoga this morning for the first time in weeks! Despite having not done it in weeks... was more flexible than previous times in my life when I had been regularly stretching but was not on DMARD and biologic meds. So. That's more support for the theory that even when I was in remission before, I had some enthesitis going on. Good times. It's kind of amazing to me that they don't see any evidence of joint fusing or deformation because seriously. So. Thanks, Universe, for doing me that solid.
My Friday so far… PT done, dishes done, X-rays done, groceries picked up, coffee obtained, 2 of 3 loads laundry washed/dried/folded, mail brought in, meat for dinner thawed, and now resting a bit before folding the last laundry load & starting a yummy dinner (chicken, sliced portobello mushrooms, alfredo sauce, cheese tortellini, cheesy garlic bread). ~ Plan for after dinner is a nice hot shower and relaxation in front of the tv 😉 #chronicpain #invisibleillness #fibromyalgia #arthritis #enthesitis #hypermobility #ehlersdanlossyndrome https://www.instagram.com/p/CV5_jRmPGQK/?utm_medium=tumblr
Less than an hour to go from just dressed to finished chicken pasta salad & dishes... Still need to vacuum, but whatever.. I’ll do that when I feel like it! We’re expecting a high of 78°f today and tomorrow about 75°f. That is why I broke down & made the pasta salad! Something we can munch on the next couple days/nights before temps drop again & I can bake whatever folks want. I still hurt some, but keeping in motion seems to relieve the stiffness <half the battle, right?>.
