Ciel hadn’t expected her to be so worried, it wasn’t that big of a deal. He’d had worse wounds, this one was rather minor to him in comparison. Just a singular gash on his chest. 

“I don’t think you’ll need to bandage it Lu.” He took a drink of the potion. He might want that towel though, if only to get some of the blood off of him. “I was sent to kill a group of demons that had proved to be a threat. That’s all.”

His eyes widen slightly, expression one of surprise. She looked normal, just like she had before and for a moment he felt something akin to relief. Had she lost her power again? He almost felt bad to think that he would be happy if that were the case, but he quickly realized that it couldn’t be true. He felt the same as always, and he could feel Lu through the contract and this one wasn’t her.

His expression falls back to it’s normal look of indifference before he goes to finally speak. “You’re not my Lu.”

“Why are you covered in blood?!”

"Because my enemies bleed.” He stated, as if it were the most obvious thing in the world. Honestly he wasn’t even sure how much of it was his enemies and how much was his own. He sat down, wincing slightly as he did so. There was an Advanced Potion in one hand, his bloodied gun blades in the other.
