5 YEAR FRIENDAVERSARY

Can you believe we've known each other five years today? Who'd have known that a little jealously and a simple comment would have lead to this (I still can't believe you thought I seemed cool). But I'm glad it did and you did because you've been such an amazing friend who's become like a sister to me. Heck I'd wish you were my sister so there wouldn't be 1,350+ miles between us. It's weird how I consider you my closest friend when in reality you're one of the farthest.

I used to absolutely dread this day. I hated having to think about another year going by without my grandma. Then you came, and now I look forward to it. Granted, I'm still sad that she's gone, but it also counts as another year of you! Crazy to think on this day I both lost and gained someone very important to me (even though there's a nine year gap between the two).

I can't even begin to describe how much you mean to me, for various different reasons. Let me try. It's pretty cool to think about my grandma bringing us together and giving me one of the greatest and best friends I could ever have asked for. You're always there for me when I need you, even if we haven't talked in awhile. You never fail to make me smile, especially when I've been crying my eyes out. The fact that basically everyone I know here knows who you are should say something, heck look at Korban always wanting to text and skype you. I don't think you're even aware of how many little things remind me of you.

Five years is an awfully long time for an online friendship. We've made it this far though, and I'm sure it'll go on much longer. I don't think there's really any better way to end this than I love you Miranda, I'm ALWAYS here for you, and don't you ever forget either of those :)
