Isabel was Esteban and Elena’s shadow when she was little. She learn so much stuff from Victor

Awww a cute headcanon definitely. And since I headcanon Victor to like making jewelry it would be very cute if he used to tinker with little Isabel every now and then.

do you have headcanons for isa and esteban’s relationship

I do! I have talked about this before, but I’ll say it in more detail: Before Shuriki’s rule, Isa had a notebook filled with invention ideas. When Shuriki took over Avalor, Esteban found and saved the notebook. As chancellor, he would use the ideas to improve Avalor’s technology. Once Isabel is freed from the painting, Esteban gives her, Elena, and the abuelos a tour of Avalor City (since it has been 41 years and things have changed). Isabel recognizes some of her invention ideas around the city and is glad that she was able to help the kingdom even during her absence.

Gabe as an older brother headcanons:

He doesn't have siblings, so he just decided to become older brother to every kid in his neighborhood

At first this consisted mainly of babysitting them

Later he started to play with them on his own, letting them beat him at olaball (which wasn't hard, really)

The most important thing was when he started to protect them from Shuriki's guards, standing up for them and giving them time to run away (often taking beating for them)

Later he told them stories about the old Avalor, it's knights, magical creatures and making up stories about the previous royal family

When he became a true guard he had less time for them, but at least he didn't have to protect them from the other soldiers anymore

He also had more of amazing stories

He also probably started teaching them a little of the guard drills, calling them his little troops

Lots of these kids probably joined the guard when they were older, thanks to him

Because of all that he's a really good storyteller

He's also good at pretending and imagining things, which often helps to cheer people up (as we saw in Snow Place Like Home)

And you literally cannot be bored around Gabe, he always finds something to do, be it training, games or just conversation

And that's also one of the reasons he's so protective

do you have anything jasabel headcanons

I’m done with my test, so I finally got around to doing this:

To be honest, I haven’t really thought that deeply about this ship but here are some ideas I have :)

James is very creative and inventive just like Isa, so I imagine he often expresses interest in her inventions. Maybe he even helps her test them sometimes!

Sofia and Elena like to use their siblings dating as an excuse to meet with each other and catch up. (Not that they need an excuse, but it’s just super convenient to tag along whenever their siblings decide to visit the other’s kingdom.)

James and Isa like to joke that they have a ~40 year age gap (which is technically true, just not the way people expect). And when/if people ask about it, they have to explain the whole ‘my girlfriend was trapped in a magical painting for 41 years’ story.
