The Mighty Nein are a bad influence on Cad. First he tries lying (badly), then casts Harm (not super successfully), now he’s punchin’ sheep.

So I saw a post earlier that this hell hole of a city may somehow be connected to the Chained Oblivion. I’m not sure how much I agree with this, but I do find it interesting the frightening similarities with The Laughing Hand and these chittering waterbeds with mouths. Each one forces the players to do a saving throw when they started laughing/screaming. Curious to see why.
