My initial, knee jerk thoughts about Epcot Forever

EF Missed Opportunity:

A single Figment kite to fly around with a cute sparkly trail. Bonus points for orange flappy wings pinned to the top.

20 years later, we get some freshly re-recorded “Waylas”

OKAY WELL EPCOT FOREVER FEELS LIKE A SLAP IN THE FACE I FEEL LIKE IM BEING MADE FUN OF RN

first of all the little kid voices were really annoying but the rest were ok

I RECOGNIZED EVERY SINGLE SONG AND WHEN I HEARD THE FIRST NOTES OF HORIZONS I STRAIGHT UP SCREAMED

and the fact that they included kitchen kabaret was hilarious i loved that

the kites were cool especially the ones with the fireworks streaming down!!

alright but uhh.......the ending? who sat down and was like hey. how about we end our big epcot center tribute with an ip that doesn’t even have ANY SLIGHT presence in epcot???????

I honestly think they could have done better. ATLEAST gave a kudos to what once stood before it. Or gave Tapestry of Nation a little more time. It just felt empty, especially with the fact that the globe is gone. Though I can see now why it is temporary. Wishing the best of luck for the permanent one.

My only positive side on this was the good shout-out to some of Epcot’s history timeline.
