OOH YEA !! the places i normally get my beads are joanns and walmart lolz, pretty much any beads you get are gonna be good (its plastic!! kinda hard 2 mess up XD ive even gotten beads from a dollar store ur gonna be fine) it rly just depends on what colors etc u want!!

BUT.. the thing u rly gotta worry about is the string you use. do NOT get the fuckin stretchy clear stuff from walmart that is a bitch to tie itz like sooo stupid hard to use. respect urself. go to joanns or any other craft store and get the like, stretchy elastic string. stuff i specifically get comes in likeee black or white or rainbow, shouldnt be too hard to spot 'X-)

anddd while ur here umm herez some other tips. standard size 4 kandi is 32 beads, but ur probably gonna end up adjusting that due to different bead sizes and the wrist size of who ur making it for. ALWAYS cut off more string than u think u need. tie ur knots like 3 times over and string thru the beads again if ur rly worried abt it breaking.

SO LIKE this is more on the topic of knots and less on the topic of Shapes but hear me out on this. its so fucking cool and messed up how, Actually i need to provide image examples one sec. um umm. OK.

so youve seen this lil bitch before? thats a trefoil knot. but like not in the normal context of knots, this is a mathematical knot :-). basically theyre like, a fucked up 'circle' in the simplest terms possible. and an unknotting number is how many times that knot has to pass through itself in the 4th dimension to get back to its default circular state. WELL. the fun part about this is that theres MORE knots like that.

just a few, but these areeee in order: figure eight, cinquefoil, three twist, stevedore, 6₂, 6₃, 7₁. all of the above (including trefoil) have an unknotting number of 1 besides cinquefoil (2) and 7₁ (3). now. the INTERESTING part of this is that some knotting numbers we just. Dont fucking know yet LOL.

im not a complete topology expert so, if someone seeing this is feel free to correct me if im wrong, but if im right this is a 10₁₁ knot, which we dont fuckin have the unknotting number of yet! which is sorta cool. sorta fucked up. its literally right there and we dont have a definitive answer on how many times we gotta pass it through itself to get a normal 'circle' alas .........
