Hiya!! Thank you so mucho!! I would make a tutorial but it would probably be confusing since I can’t explain anything.😓 So here is a video to do neon light effects. I don’t think it shows how to animate it so here is an animating tutorial. The animation is done differently but if you follow the first video, you will have layers that you can hide to still show the white tubes clearly. :3 I hope it helps!
