Quick Update and Reminder

So first of all, thank you to Admin Shadow for agreeing to remain on this blog as an admin in their recent reappearance.

Additionally, I’d like to restate my last update; 

1.If you’re already on the masterlist, please resubmit your application if you would like to stay on it. There’s no deadline, but I’ve noticed we have at least one out of date URL. Also, if you DON’T want to be on the masterlist anymore, send me a message on @askthedjgirl, and I will remove you.

2. If you AREN'T already on the masterlist, but want to be, feel free to submit an application!

3. I’m still looking for new admins here. Again, message me on my main (askthedjgirl) and I’ll use my best judgment to decide whether or not it would be appropriate to put you in an administrative position on this blog.

Finally, A post about Winter Wrap-Up Week is still in the works, though I’d appreciate it if I had some folks to bounce ideas of off.

UPDATE

Admin Pikavee here. There’s been some drama, and Admin Kari is no longer interested in this blog, among other things. Now, the blog was out of commission long before that, but due to the drama (at least, I think that’s what happened) all of our posts are gone. This includes ALL of the applications we had in the past. If you’re already on our Masterlist, and wish to remain so, please send us a new application, just so we can share the information our application included with other EQG roleplayers.

If you are NOT on our masterlist, and wish to be so, please feel free to send in an application! I’m trying to get this blog back on its feet, especially since Legend Of Everfree came out recently.

If you are interested in being an Admin on this blog, please message me at askthedjgirl. I’ll probably ask some questions, and use my best judgment to determine if you are fit to be in a position of power on this blog. You don’t have to be SUPER active to be an admin here, but someone to bounce ideas off of for events would be great.

Finally, and I will make a separate post about this later, is my plan for our first event. The Week of March 13th will be Winter Wrap-Up Week at Canterlot High. Think of it as a School Spirit week. Changing of the seasonal decorations, a few contests in the clubs, themed days, and a big dance on the weekend. Admittedly, this is something I've tried to get off the ground in the past, but haven’t managed, so I’m using this blog to promote it. Hopefully, this will be the year! Maybe she should have been a little more concerned about the effects of mind-control music, even on recordings. But Piper’s judgement had never been all that great, especially when it came to art she enjoyed. Maybe she could have at least kept it a secret, if not for the fact that she liked singing along to her headphones. Headphones that were turned up unusually loud today. So, as the drama queen bounced down the hall after school, she didn’t realize how loudly she was singing. “WE’VE got the music makes you MOVE IT, got the song  that makes you LOSE IT! We say JUMP, you say HOW HIGH? Put your hands up to the SKY!”  While her singing voice was good, it wasn’t Siren good, and she couldn’t hit the harmonies on her own, but she did her best as she jammed on the way to her locker.

Not many people found as much joy in Drama Class as one Piper A. Capella. Not even most of the drama kids like drama class. Piper didn’t know why... okay, no, she knew exactly why. It was because of the teacher.  Piper, personally, thought Mr. Discord was an awesome teacher! Sure, he electrified the doorknob after the first bell, and he did unspeakable things to students who slept or texted in his class, but the acting exercises he gave the class were just so AWESOME! Piper was looking forward to the next assignment, even if most of the students around her were whispering anxiously. Before class began (everyone knew by now to arrive as early as possible) Piper was doodling set designs and humming a medley of songs from The Sound of Music, simply waiting for her favorite teacher to arrive.
