After the war, the Ministry decides to reform the Death Eaters, and Draco Malfoy is one of the first chosen for the program.
I really enjoyed this fic, and particularly like its original take on reforming the Death Eaters after the defeat of Voldemort. The Ministry program involves de-aging the Death Eaters, although they retain their mental age and all memories. The theory is that younger bodies and minds are physically more capable of adapting to change and learning new ways of thinking.
The relationship between Harry and Draco at no point feels squicky, and doesn’t really take form until Draco has almost fully re-aged to his natural 18 years old. I think perhaps more could have been made of the fact that he does get physically younger - perhaps childish tantrums or teenage hormone driven sulking - but I imagine as a child the first time round that sort of unbecoming behaviour was trained out of Draco by his parents, it just would have been nice so you really felt that he was younger.
