I got excited and wanted to make my own version of "Eridian Grace". Inspired by the "fossilized AU". Mine is different. Not clone, is Grace continuance.

I'm thinking petrified wood combined with sandstone and some bones. A touch of a human skull imprint on the carapace. <3 how? nano machines and rushed science. we will not go further into that bc that's technobabble at best.

It's the actual brain that IS Grace and it's his body too. So it's a consciousness continuance and not a clone situation. Not dissimilar from dying on the operating table and getting shocked back awake. Or if you could get a brain that died full to pop back in a same way. But over a hundred years where confused nano-machines made to mimic worker cells for Eridians confuse your brain and body for a fucked up Eridian and start trying to fix you with only what is available- your natural minerals, a weird tree, and sand.
