I basically reserve this blog for art, but I’ll make an exception. With the Tumblr change, I’d like to get back into Fediverse stuff tbh.
I ain’t leaving Tumblr. I just wanna branch out into more spaces especially since I’m heading off to college this fall. I do also want to get more into self-hosting my own site.
SO, I’d like to ask y’all for Fediverse recommendations (I haven’t checked it out in a few years now so I’m a bit out of the loop).
I’m looking for something that’s good for the following:
-Art, obviously. Original stuff and fandom. I’m going to school to become an illustrator, so I’ll need a place to share my art.
-Anywhere that’s friendly to Jews. I take a LOT of pride in my Jewish identity.

URL change. Decided fairy is more of my vibe for spelling, so here we are.
We’re under a tornado warning but it’s sunny out WTF
It may seem silly, but lately I have been questioning "is fairy or faerie the more me coded spelling"
As this pertains to my future in the art field, I have good and bad news.
Bad news: My GED and certificate from a vocational school didn't meet the qualifications for the illustration program, so I didn't get in.
Good news: The art fundamentals diploma program offered at the school fulfills the academic requirements needed for illustration, so I still get to move out of the country and go to school, although I'll be studying longer.
I admit, my mind went a lil numb at first, but it's not the end of the world. I still get to go to school! I'm so excited about that! I am DESPERATE to move out.
Wild how as I've aged, I'm now suddenly enjoying 2000s & 2010s pop artists I didn't like back in the day
